An update with some fixes and new stuff
Changelog:
- New enemies behaviour: "explosion on death" and "release poison on death"
- New "Inventory/Status" button in the HUD
- New enemies
- New altars: now you can offer gold to an altar to obtain some powerups and you can summon a powerful enemy using the "skeleton altar"
